Originally from Calgary, AB Carolina is proud to have studied at The Dance Factory with Sandy Slemp being the biggest influence in her dance training. She began her professional dance career with Princess Cruise Lines, which led her to the Tremaine scholarship program in Los Angeles. Since then, Carolina has made her mark as a professional in the US and Canadian entertainment industry. Carolina has worked with Britney Spears, Monica, Savage Garden, Toni Braxton, Tamia, Mya, Deborah Cox, Master P and many more. Austin Powers 3, American Beauty, Ali, Orange County, Mad TV, and CSI Miami are just a few of the film and television appearances she can be seen in. She has also performed on the MTV Movie Awards, The Image Awards, The Miss America Pageant and with Britney Spears on The American Music Awards. Carolina has worked extensively with Wayne Brady as a dancer, first appearing as a regular dancer on his variety show on ABC for 13 episodes, then on his Daytime talk show, as well as touring with him around the world with his live show ‘Wayne Brady & Friends’. Carolina was also part of the original cast with Wayne Brady in his show at the Venetian Hotel in Las Vegas.
 
In addition, Carolina is also very proud to be one of the founding members & directors of Triple Threat Dance Convention, a company dedicated to dance education now going into it’s 12th year. Each year Carolina travels across Canada teaching dance to hundreds of dancers. Her energetic approach to dance, and love of dance comes across in all she does. Carolina is thrilled to be given the opportunity to motivate and inspire the next generation of dance as she was in her training at The Dance Factory.
