The Dance Factory's STEP program The Student Teacher Education Program (STEP) is comprised of senior level competitive dancers who demonstrate an interest in dance training and education. STEP members have achieved excellent standards in their individual development as dancers. Through STEP and many other Dance Factory initiatives, a collegial environment is created and numerous mentoring opportunities emerge, benefiting all dancers at all levels.
